HDPE HSGC7260, commonly known as HDPE 7260, is an injection-molding grade high density polyethylene under Kunlun brand, manufactured by Guangxi Petrochemical. It is supplied in natural white virgin pellets.

It is produced on Guangxi Petrochemical ethylene integrated plant with slurry polymerization process, using 1-butene as comonomer. The grade delivers balanced rigidity and impact resistance, consistent melt flow and low warpage. Every batch is issued with original COA and supports food contact application.

Typical properties: density 0.958–0.962 g/cm³, MFR (190℃,2.16kg) 5.5–9.5 g/10min. It features high flexural modulus, good low-temperature impact performance and excellent chemical resistance. The resin has stable shrinkage, easy mold release and wide processing window, compatible with color masterbatch, antistatic agent and inorganic fillers.

The primary processing method is injection molding. It performs well on general and high-speed injection machines for thick-wall and structural plastic parts.

Major applications include turnover crates, storage boxes, pallets, waste bins, flower pots, household wares and general industrial injection articles, suitable for logistics circulation packaging requiring stiffness and load-bearing capacity.
